| Most of us grew up under the influence of people who wanted
the best for us, but may not have known how to best facilitate that result. Perhaps you learned habits which do not serve you well. Perhaps you ended up in jobs and relationships
which are not joyful and satisfying. Maybe you feel somewhat empty in your free time, and not fulfilled when you
look back over your life. |

Perhaps
you would like to make a difference in the world, but are not sure how to do that. Perhaps you are at a loss as
to where to begin.
In the "Discover Your Best Self" program, you and I will meet once a week for two hours,
for a period of six months. I will ask you
to keep a journal which you will write in each day and record your major insights from our sessions. I will ask
you to watch for and collect things which inspire you, and to include them in your journal.
